I run a Mindfulness introduction 4-week course designed to help people cultivate a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and personal well-being. This course is perfect for beginners and those who live with anxiety and overwhelm who would appreciate a more nuanced approach breaking down the fundamentals of this technique into a manageable and easy process. Taking things at a slower pace to build their mindfulness practice, over the span of four weeks, that will build through practices and techniques that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance their overall quality of life.
