It’s not always easy to talk to family or friends about these struggles, especially when they feel overwhelming or personal. As a professional therapeutic coach and psychotherapist, I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences. 

Whether you’re seeking a one-time session or a series of sessions as a stepping stone toward understanding and overcoming personal challenges, I’m here to help.

I use an integrative approach that blends Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and positive psychology. This combination allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, giving you the space to explore what’s happening and how you can move forward.

For those who feel more at ease in nature, I offer walking therapy as an alternative to traditional face-to-face sessions.

  • Mindfulness First Steps is a gentle, accessible 4-week course designed to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more present in everyday life. Perfect for beginners and for those experiencing anxiety or overwhelm, this course breaks mindfulness down into simple, practical steps you can easily use day to day. 


  •  You’ll learn effective techniques to reduce  stress, regulate emotions, and build a sustainable mindfulness practice — all at a supportive, unhurried pace.
