My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, Psychotherpy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with businesses  to develop practical strategies for achieving a culture of workplace Wellbeing that

Work burnout increased sick days and increased workforce mental health are all on the increase, costing industry and small,

business alike with reduced profits and reduced productivity.

  • When Stress amongst the staff is high it is a strong predictor of negative impact upon psychological states and somatic wellbeing.

  • When Stress amongst the staff is high it is a strong predictor of negative impact upon psychological states and somatic wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing is multifaceted and complex, comprising of both subjective and psychological parts.
  • Subjective wellbeing (SWB) is referred to as Hedonic was defined by Diener., (1984) as happiness that has both a cognitive judgment and affective appraisals that are contextual, and as such can vary significantly. In contrast the psychological component Eudaimonia connects psychological wellbeing (PWB) to a meaningful life (Riff and Singer.,1996). 

Research suggests that employment that gives Job satisfaction and wellbeing have been shown to have higher SWB /PWB, Agyle.,2013) With other research showing happy employee’s perform better than less happy workers (Cropanzano & wright,2001).

 I can tailor to the needs of individual companies 


  1. Wheel of life Wellbeing group: Duration: 12 months, with monthly in person group work, fortnightly on line group work and weekly prompts and encouragement. 
  2. Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Duration: 6 weeks available in person and also on line via zoom.
  3. Resilience coaching for your team

Duration: 6 weeks in person and face to face


4. The Mindfulness Approach to Health behaviour Change 

Duration 6 weeks
